Yes. Our delivery pricing is based on location however limited because we cannot deliver to some areas. Alternatively, you can pick up your order from our location address, one downtown Calgary and in Mahogany in the SE. Please call us at tel no# (825) 712 0129 if you have further questions. We don’t customize cakes. The images of our cake offerings can be found on our website but it may not be exactly the same however similar because we make our cakes from scratch and not not through mass production. Also, the unavailability of exactly the same decorations are a factor to consider. We may cater to your minor request like birthdays toppers for free depending on it’s availability. For special but minimal request we will be charging an extra cost depending on it’s intricacies. Let us know what your special needs are so we will try our best to address it. We’re here to help.

The freezer keeps Sans Rival and Siivannas crunchy. If you prefer it chewy store it in the fridge. Make sure not to leave it outside for more than two hours because it will melt the buttercream. They are on their best state and consistency when served frozen, delicious, creamy and tasty.

We have two options for you …. crunchy or chewy. If you want it crunchy, keep them in the freezer. If you want it chewy, keep them in the fridge. Sans rival and Silvannas will last up to 2 weeks if stored in a tightly sealed container in the freezer.

Our cakes are at its freshest and best when consumed within 3 days. Do not keep the cakes out of the fridge for more than 3 hours. Leftover cakes can be stored in the fridge for at most 3 days. It can also be stored in the freezer in a tightly sealed container. However, Sans rival and Silvannas are to be always stored in the freezer.

When leftover cakes are stored in the freezer, they must be taken out 2 to 3 hours prior to consumption except Sans Rival and Silvannas which are at its best form and taste when consumed frozen. Sponge and mousse cakes stored in the fridge must be taken out 30 minutes prior to consumption.

Our anchor products Sans rival and Silvannas contain cashew nuts. Some cakes may also contain nuts. You may find the ingredients in the product description page.

We have gluten-free cakes like Sans rival, Silvannas, Raspberry Chocolate Mousse, Strawberry Coconut Mousse and Lemon Strawberry Mousse cakes. Please refer to the product description page.

Please note that we bake all items in the same kitchen with our non gluten-containing products which might be possible for cross-contamination.

We use organic almond flour however, to prevent cross contamination and disappointments, we highly recommend pre orders because we bake in the same kitchen where we bake our non gluten free items.

No. Each recipe has an exact baking formula and adding or removing ingredients like sugar will alter the taste of our cakes.
